Damon has agreed to have his arse handed to him in a debate. Despite my disdain for both men, I think it's safe to say Kristol has far more knowledge about all things political. Any time a liberal Hollywood blowhard volunteers to take a beating in public, I am all for it.

Exactly. We can discuss Kristol's stupidity for hours, but it doesn't change the fact that its a hollywood actor(no matter how political aware) against a long time political writer. If Damon is smart he'll drop this.

I do think it was funny that Obama would meet with Kristol(and other conservative writers), but Damon couldn't get a ticket to the inaugural despite campaigning for Obama lol.

I researched this a bit last night, I don't think Damon ever agreed to a debate. From what I understand is Damon called Kristol stupid in a paper for saying we won the iraq war (and admittedly that is a stupid comment) and Kristol said he would debate damon on the subject.

Yes Damon is a stupid actor but not as bad as some. I think we might have a fair fight espescially since Kristol is so tied to his dogmatic way of thinking.
