I know Vinny said were not interested, thats why im worried that we sign him. I dont believe a word vinny says. and with having all that cap room, i can just see rosenhoos calling vinny and talking circles around him.

If we really dont go after TO I think our front office may have actually turned the corner and are headed in the right direction. who knows we might actually draft a lineman in the 1st round.

How could I forget Jason Taylor. In all fairness to Vinny, I thought we needed to get him in here, I thought a 3rd or 4th would have been fine, was a little disapointed we gave up a 2nd for a player that was 2years from retiring, but Parcels took full advantage of us panicking. but in all I was in favor of the trade, until I watched him perform last year.

Yeah, but Vinny didn't hit ESPN and a bunch of radio shows saying that they weren't going to trade for taylor. If memory serves, all he said via JLC was that they didn't anticipate having any interest in him. Thats different from what they've regarding TO.

Well, he did a little more than that. He downright denied having any interest or conversations about the trade while they were having those very discussions, lol. But you're correct in that he did not actively lobby that we had no interest, as with TO.

I thought we needed him here too and I could have dealt with a 4th round pick going away in trade for what very possibly was a 1 - 2 year rental. However, when I heard it was a 2nd *and* a 6th, I was irate and totally against the deal. That's a starter and prospect. It's unbelievable that Snyderrato would even consider that.

I don't trust Snyderatto as far as I can throw them, but I would be shocked if they even consider TO after their comments publicly yesterday. If they even had a shred of interest at some bargain basement price, I doubt they would have even said anything publicly.

I would be taken aback, but not shocked. I might be desensitized to the prospects of shock with Snyderrato, lol.
