Does anyone else think that Larry "Crybaby" Centers should be recieving a fine for his obvious helmet to helmet hit yesterday? If so, how much? I'm leaning at like at least $10,000. That was freakin vicious and UNCALLED for.

I didn't see the whole game. I think I missed the hit, but I remember Bill Maas saying that N.D. Kalu deserved a flag for his helmet to helmet hit on Bledsoe.

Centers Killed Trotter(I believe) with a helmet to helmet Shot. Trotter was down for quite a bit.

The title has been fixed.

As far as the hit goes, not only was it helmet to helmet but a picture in the Post today shows that he actually "launched" himself into Trotter. $10k minimum IMO.

It was a cheap shot! My opinion of centers dropped dramtically! The play was basically over, and Centers was only looking to hurt Trotter.
50k min.

Speaking of which...is Trotter OK?

I agree. $10k is min. I think he should have been ejected as well.

That is uncalled for. I'm all for rough and tough football...and "letting the players play"...but helmet to helmet hits are NOT acceptable.

Same thing happened to Royal on a catch a few weeks ago. Although no flag was thrown, b/c the defender was the one left on the field with his trainers holding his neck and head.

IF he was still a Skin: 15K and a 1 game suspention

Since he is not, probably 5k (or less) and a "please don't do it again" letter

Remember, there are 1 set of punishments for the Snyders Skins and anothter set for the rest of the teams

Word is Centers apologized for the hit after the game, which doesn't make it right, but still the manly thing to do nonetheless.

I didnt see it... but heard all about it. Seems he has a grudge or two for us... just makes the win that much sweeter!
