It always makes me smile when this happens to someone who thinks the patriot act is a great idea. Both sides scream about liberty but neither want to give any if that means no to gay marriage or no allowing a restaurant owner to conduct business the way they choose. This is the result. I wonder if the my fellow conservatives are going to start supporting the ACLU a little more instead of screaming about how great law enforcement in this country is.

John Ziegler tried to gatecrash an awards ceremony at Southern Cal where Katie Couric was getting a journalism award for her interviews with Palin. Ziegler didn't have an invitation or a press pass(it wasn't open to the public), so the campus cops arrested him for trespassing and removed him from the event. RJ is attempting to make this a civil rights issue I believe.

I'm pretty sure that trespassing was still intended to be illegal by the Framers, and in fact, I'd be willing to bet they'd have shot someone who was trespassing.
