Can you win the lottery, well maybe you can. There will be Redskins themed scratch-off lottery tickets in VA. The NFL approved the deal for teams to enter licensing agreements with state-sponsored lotteries. The Redskins acted fast in getting a deal done with VA. I guess Dan see this as another stream of revenue

i don't think the NFL gets a slice of the pie in Delaware sports betting. thats probably why they want to oppose it.
