Heh, yet another TMQ basher.... I happen to like the guy, but most people on this board don't. Oh well.

If anyone comes across a link to the judge's ruling, please post it here.

Good. Very good. Now CAN WE MOVE ON? This issue will come up again, but at least we have the ruling of a federal judge to reference. I still hope that we can use this whole scenario as a catalyst to (somehow) improve relations between the team and "native americans" (for lack of a better word).

Though I cringe when he bashes the Skins, I do enjoy reading TMQ

I bet that all those that complained, pointed fingers and tried to make a name for themselves feel about this big

For Christ's sake the team was renamed for the Head Coach at the time who happened to be a...guess what NATIVE AMERICAN! It was and always will be a sign of respect to those people. What happened to the Indians sucks, however, it's in the past now. This needs to end, and I'm glad it has for now.

BINGO!It was ALL about the lawyers.

Unfortunately, win or lose, it was a win/win for the lawyers who got to make a name for themselves. And the lawyers misrepresented & used the American Indians to do so, is the ultimate irony.
