Thank God Virginia said no to being carpet-bagging fools like New York. Go back to the hole you crawled out of Mcauliffe. I still feel like Moran and his brother are foreigners too.

McAuliffe spent 7 million on that race and was up 20 2 weeks ago. What a total collapse. It also shows how little pull Bubba has now: he went all out for McAuliffe in NOVA in the last couple weeks and Deeds did better in NOVA than anyone expected.

It's his accent that bothers me. He was born in Buffalo and raised in Massholechusetts.

that hole would be Syracuse, and we really don't want him back.

McAuliffe is an embarrasment to my party, period.

Deeds was the only Democrat who was going to compete in the general IMO. Moran may have done OK but he's a little to the left of Deeds, possibly too much for VA's taste. I hate the idea of my Governor being my congressman's brother. And I'm not fond of congressman Moran either.

McAuliffe would have gotten absolutely stomped in the general. 15 points at least. There was absolutely no way he was going to win VA seeing as how guys like me won't even vote for him.

McDonnel seems like the best candidate the Republicans have fielded in quite a while. The DNC and liberal groups need to stop these negative ads against him. That crap never seems to fly here (see Hillary, Kilgore, Allen campaigns).

This is going to be a helluva race.

i'd change that from a guess to a guarantee. the DNC will be looking to prove their last few state wide wins weren't simply obama-mania and macaca-gate, and the GOP will be trying to wrestle the state back into the R column. i'd be surprised if it doesn't end up setting national gubernatorial-race spending records.

ground zero for redemption for the GOP, or further erosion into what was once a solid base

definitely, record spending to come...

Epic failure. I can imagine the little wimpy weasels putting those signs up and snickering about it. I want tape of them taking them down in shame.
