Actually they say it started on Sept 5 of last year in Louisiana

but, our area's first victim was James Martin, killed in Wheaton on Oct 2.

I did!
I also remember picking my kids up at the bus stop and them being "locked down" at school.
I remember being in Australia and it being the headline news every day that we were there.
I remember thinking I lived too far out of the area for the snipers to come to, and then they were caught 10 miles from my house!

Here's to a peaceful Fall this year!!!!!!! No Drama Please!!!!

Along the same lines

I remember we were supposed to play our biggest football game of the season against our arch-rival Sidwell Friends, and the school wanted us to move it to St. James (another school in our confrence) out in hagerstown. On thursday morning they were caught around 20-30 minutes from St. James. So we played the game at home, and we lost 13-8.

Things will be different this year, check the boxscore Potomac School vs. Sidwell Friends on October 26.

The Post has been running a series of articles all week talking about last Oct. I was deeply disturbed to read that within the files of the infamous laptop computer were markings on maps that detailed the addresses of three elementary schools, one of which is only a few blocks from where I live. Honestly, do we really need to have a trial with these clowns?

While I was in Waldorf on Monday I was thinking about the sniper victems.

I remember that I couldn't turn off the news during this whole thing.....
