He continues to play well and Fiore will not get the job back.

I had a feeling about that. Fiore was talking like he'd get his job back, but he seemed to be the one guy who had not figured it out. Dockery's a mountain with legs attached. [But with more explosiveness than your average non-volcano mountain.] Fiore's contract is far too rich for a reserve. Come the offseason, he'll be taking a pay cut or a pink slip.

I'm just glad what we have someone capable of stepping in. Well, at least he looked capable last week. I guess the jury is still out.

You know what puts a smile on my face about this kid (Dockery) - Just think how good he's going to be once he had chance to get into the off-season conditioning program. Another Tre' Johnson (before the injuries).

Just run the ball behind this guy. Trung is so small that the defenders won't even see him. Dockery could take Trung for a piggie back ride. I hope Fiore understands that this benefits the team.

I love a 6-6, 345+ OL man! Reminders of Joe Jacoby...

This kid is huge. I am glad he got his reps in preseason. He did look good last week. Fiore was a signed risk anyway. He has had injury problems in the past. I hope Dockery can hold his own this sunday.

I don't know if Dockery has Tre's explosiveness, but it has been 4 years since we had a real road-grader on the offensive line. Welcome back to it.

Just another reason why we need to give our Front Office a huge Standing Ovation for their scouting draft talent.

to me, the key of the article

" Redskins coaches apparently are considering having reserve defensive end Ladairis Jackson in uniform Sunday to help with the pass rush. Jackson had 21/2 sacks in limited playing time last season, but is coming back from a serious knee injury and has been on the inactive list for each game this season. The Redskins have managed only six sacks in four games. . . . "

ABOUT DAMN TIME!!!

My feeling is that Fiore shuld be moved to Center. Our center can't hear the Snap count and Fiore is too versatile and talented to be sitting pine.

Center is the one Liability on our OL so far.....

Center is the one Liability on our OL so far..... I tend to agree with that. When I heard Larry Moore said he could not hear the snap count last week, I was flabbergasted. This is the center, for crying out loud! He is RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE QUARTERBACK! And the game was at home! Now, I know the crowd was loud and noisy in that game, but not while our offense was on the field. Not while Ramsey was calling plays. That sequence at the end of the game, when we kept getting false start penalties [blamed on Samuels at the time, but we now know it is because Moore refused to snap the ball], was played out right below me. The fan noise in our section was not that bad. Any center should have been able to hear Ramsey. I'm not sure what happened there, but I think Fiore ought to get a chance to beat out Larry Moore at center. Fiore can play the position, has done so in the past, and I just think we should have our five best offensive linemen on the field as often as possible.

I Agree 100%, put the best lineman out there. Though in Moore's defense, Ramsey was in the shotgun on those plays against NE, so he was about 5 yards away.
