I was sent this site by my sister that says I need to be more of an authoritative figure! :lol1:

The guy at this website has a lot of pent up hostilities. Anyone check out his homepage?

I didn't til you said something...man...I think he's actually serious about that page.
It was sent to me as a joke from a friend...but I think we stumbled on the next national crazy man.

I was up in Wisconsin fishing a Muskie tournament the past 2 weeks, after which I returned to Iowa on Friday of last week. This week I have been mostly busy preparing for the arrival of my 4th child. Could happen this Friday. Stay tuned.......
Nice to be missed, though. Thanks for the inquiry!

is that a job of yours? How can you take off and go on a fishing tourny for TWO WEEKS?
How did you do?

The actual tournament was only 3 days. We added some much need R&R while up there. It's not a job, yet. Still trying to get that much needed sponsorship, if you know what I mean.
Statistically, we (my father, uncle and I) finished dead last, along with 665 other contestants. 0 fish entered in the tournament. Muskie fishing is the toughest of all freshwater fish to catch, with the exception of the Asian Carp/Big Head Carp, whichever name you prefer to use.
Some quick stats from the tournament. 700 anglers entered. 35 anglers caught and released 40 fish. So as you can see, many contestants don't enter fish in this, or any, Muskie tournament.

wow...that sounds tough. (I don't know squat about fishing...I didn't even know what a muskie was)
Are you expecting sponsorship soon?
ps- you can always say you came in 36th out of 700!!!! :D

That's a big 10-4 on the stats! Thanks for the insight.
Expecting sponsorship, well you basically have to win a tournament before you can get sponsorship, so it's a catch 22.
So until then, I guess I'll just have to keep calling it a vacation.

The season is over. Next years schedule is not yet released for the Tournament trail. The only unofficial tournaments that are scheduled right now are the annually held Chapter tournaments of M.I.
