you might be able to find one somewhere near the stadium on game day. People normally sell them and scalpers have them as well. Just make sure you look at it closely and it has the correct date and team and that it has a halogram on it.

Park where hail2skins is parking, it's a cash lot that will be considerably cheaper, easier to get in and out of and a much better pregame experience.
Mike, I miss hanging with you guys. I'll see you all some time this year, even if it's just to come tailgate, then watch the game in the lot. :)

Shadown, Rich is right, you're welcome to join us. The lot is $25 and in good walking distance to the stadium. Send me a PM if you're interested.

I'm going to be there. I haven't made it to a game since the '07 season so I'm looking forward to it. Section 401. I'll be tailgaiting but I have no clue where since I'm not really sure what's up w/ the whole parking situation this year.

So, I've thinking about my menu for Sunday and you all know that Smoak and I like to cater our food towards the visiting team. Since it's Tampa, I was thinking with going with something Cuban.
I think I'm going to grill a pork loin (with Orange, Lemon and Lime zest) and then make some Cuban sandwiches on the grill.
I'm also thinking about doing some Cuban eggs as well but we'll see.

That tradition belongs to the Saints. I think signage is the most appropriate form of protest in this town.

Yeah but I heard about some campaign on one of the radio stations, 106.7 or something, about them trying to get people to brown-bag it. I'm hoping for some form of protest though, there definitely needs to be.

The Junkies on 106.7 the Faaaan, started this. It's a stupid self promotion, I think only one of them is even a fan of the Skins.
Skins fans can do better. Make a clever sign, especially if you are in the lowers or at field level. I guarantee the networks will show it.

Ahh okay, gotcha. I don't listen to the Junkies or any sports talk radio really. Except the John Thompson show and All Night with Jason Smith. I really like All Night actually, he does a pretty good show.

For those interested in where we park, below is a satellite image of where we park. The gold X indicates the area we try to get to when we're there. The think blue line indicates the entrance to the lot. Walking south takes you past the gray lot to the stadium. Straight down Brightseat Rd. You can see the old NSS/new copper lot directly across from it.

I'm intrigued by the Cuban Eggs. Never done that but a quick look up makes it sound like a dish that needs to be baked, once it is assembled. Would love to hear your variation, if you do it and how it turns out.
Oh, and I think the main beverage choice needs to be Rum based. If you guys do homemade Mojitos, I am going to be so envious.

Yuuummmmm, Mojitos.

Well, I have about 5 lbs of pork tenderloin marinating. 2 lbs in garlic, herbs and white wine and the other 3 lbs in a orange, lime and lemon zest (with Coriander and Oregano). The latter is for the cuban sandwiches and the former is just to slice and eat.
I also have the eggs for the Cuban egg dish. Basically you boil some eggs and slice them in half length-wise. Remove the yolks to a dish and mix it with some milk and shredded cheese. Then put spoonfuls of the mixture into the egg halfs. Meanwhile you saute some green peppers and onion in butter while also heating up some tomato sauce. Add the onion and peppers to the tomato sauce and pour over the eggs. Top them off with some more sharp cheddar and bake til bubbly. Serve over rice (I won't).
I also have some chicken marinating in my special, secret blend of oil and seasonings. I'll grill those and then top them with bacon and cheese. Nothing like a bacon, cheese chicken burger.
I also have some chesapeake brats.
Oh, and I do have the ingredients for mojitos. Instead of pre-mixing it, they'll be made by hand.

Now, I'm officially jealous. It's going to be a perfect day too. Funny, every game I have attended the last few years was either oppressively hot or freezing and wet.

It's time to publish your tailgating recipe book. Having enjoyed your tasty recipes at many a tailgate, I believe you'd have an excellent item to market.
