Shame he couldn't pull it together for a wide open Coles.

Is it me, or does he seem to have a serious problem with short passes?

If he does, we can call it Rypeinitis.

He does hwen he's under pressure. That's what they've been telling us since the beginning, though. It'll come with time.

I think it more has to do with the kind of game he had. This OLine and blockers need to apologize to Ram. The guy was beaten up today.

PSF, a lot of that has to go to Ramsey too. He held on to the ball way too long and made some ill-advised decision-making.

Yes he did. That interception to Kalu was simply a horrible decision.

I think Ramsey got rattled mentally early in the game due to all the hits. I haven't seen that from him before, but I understand. I think he settled himself later in the game but didn't get any help from the oline with all the penalties.

I don't think he was rattled at all. That's not his style. He's too tough to get rattled. I do wonder if the injury to his left shoulder was a factor.

Just because it's not his style doesn't mean it can't happen. His shoulder has been a problem the last couple of games too. I'm sure it had something to do with it.

You might be right. I just dont see it in Ramsey. Even when he wasn't that pressured he was missing his targets. Maybe I'm just hoping he wasn't "scared". I would agree had it not been for the march we made at teh end of the game.

That's why I said he settled himself later in the game. Rattled doesn't necessarily mean scared. Confused is what I was shooting for. Loss of composure and poise.

He needs to learn how to take a little off the short passes. That's why his recievers have so much trouble with the in close stuff, and why he overthrew Coles on the 2 Pointer. This is something that, "The Old Ball Coach", should be teaching him instead of, "when you drop back, keep the ball next to your ear, or I will put you on the bench".

Gotcha. ;)

I just found it odd since he's had so much poise to this point. He was pretty much off his throws all the way up til the end of the game. (even then he wasn't completely on since he missed a wide open coles)
Has there been any recent news on Ramsey and his left shoulder?
