Has Johnson even been a THOUGHT to play? Why did we sign himif we aren't willing to use him even a little. I think Dockery should have been pulled.

Fiore will be back. Dockery is still probably learnign the system as well. Good game last week, poor game this week. But, no kudos to Samuels or Jansen either. As close as this game was, and close as the Giant game was, these false starts add up to 50 yards a game, and clearly cost us games. i am at a loss. A times, this offense looks brilliant, like a well oiled machine, and at other times they look so confused and lost. I just don't get it

Dockery is a rookie and will make mistakes. He had a good outing in his first start and played an okay half today. He began making the rookie mistakes and don't discount Philly, they probably targeted him as an attack point.

So does anyone know why Johnson was cut? I thought he looked good in preseason.

Dockery played AWFUL today. With Fiore injured, who is the back up?

Fiore could have played today, they wanted to give him another week of rest. Yes, they also have Lennie Friedman and Brad Bedell as backup OGs. Fiore will be back thought next week.

Yeah I was going to mention that as well Kenny, and will do so, JSarno????????????how did Tre look good in pre-season???????? He never played, he was injured all foru games, thats one reason he was cut. It is a history of his career.

Tre Johnson was sitting next to me on a couch yesterday during the game, so I doubt he could have helped against the Eagles. :D

I said "I THOUGHT he looked good in preseason". I thought that's what I remember you guys saying. Apparently I was mistaken. I don't ever watch preseason games. They are useless, this is why I didn't know.
I just figured since they signed him to a decent contract in the offseason he'd be a back up. I haven't seen him all season, but I figured that was because Dockery beat him out for the #1 backup.
Sorry guys, I don't pay attention to who is sitting on the bench or not. I don't know which 3rd stringers made the cut or not. Don't forget, I don't get all the info handed to me on silver platter out here, I have to dig and scrape to get redskins info. You guys have a wonderful benefit living close to the action.
(ps- this is why I ask! I know you guys will give me the info!) :D

I can certainly see how you guys thought that my comment of "I thought he looked good in preseason" meant I thought he his play was good. But that wasn't how I meant it. Maybe what I should have said was "I thought that you thought Tre played well in the preseason." Sorry for the confusion.

I really should do that. You guys always know the news before me. I only get on here when I'm at work, so I try to keep my time down being online. But I will try to check more often.

I actually have it on my favorites list. But I never use it since I get on the chat site from a direct link that is sent to my e-mail inbox.
I did just check it...I noticed the Chamberlain signing which I would not have noticed if I didn't look.

I also noticed who won the pickems this week and is only 2 games behind for the season. Hmmmmm I wonder who that is? :lol1:

tre was injured and did not practice/play practically at all this past training camp. that was probably the biggest reason that they cut him...and i don't think he's been picked up.

Jsarno, I'm surprised you didn't take the lead. I had four games right. Four. What a terrible football week for me, absolutely nothing from high school level to the pros went right.

Yeah. he has pretty much had an injury riddled career and I woudl suspect that career has ended

I had a terrible week last week that set me back. But I'm back on track, and hopefully it will continue this week.
With tough games, I am better at picking the spreads. On blow out games / everyone knows what the outcome will be, I seem to suck at it. This week seems to be a little tight...we'll see.

You realize that the reason you sucked was because you talked trash and didn't give me your view on the skins / phily game right?
