And the amount of false starts by the same people aren't stupid?

All the penalties are stupid. This team makes so many yellow flags fly it's like watching the Spanish Olympic team celebrate. I don't know what's left that can be done about it, Spurrier's tried just about everything.

One thing that would help, though. Ramsey needs to stop the audibles.

I say put the G&* D@!N line in a 3-pt stance all week don't let them F'n move until they S-E-E T-H-E B-A-L-L ACTUALLY M-O-V-E! Pathetic. False starts happen, bah.

E8, the O-line doesn't watch the ball. It goes off the snap count.

I'm beginning to wonder, if some players even really care about winning..... I'm not just pointing out Regan Upshaw--I'm talking about some players ALL over the league..... I can't UNDERSTAND why some players will make such BONE-HEADED plays during crucial points of the game..... The 'Skins had Philly in a 3rd and about 11 or 12 and Upshaw does something so freakin' ridiculous.... I looked at my brother and said, "It's not in the cards for the 'Skins when a player does something sooooo dumb." Un-freakin'-believable!

Upshaw and teh DLine had a great game. It was a bonehead move, that is that, but overall these guys played well. Kudos to Bernard Holsey.

I know Joe. but the O-line needs to go off the ball and not snap counts anymore. It doesn't make sense to keep going w/ a broken system. Especially on the road. Quite frankly I think excuses are being made.

I object, your Honor; in the shotgun formation, the QB signals the center that he is ready for the ball by raising and lowering his leg. The center then initiates the play by snaping the ball and the O-line reacts to the ball being put into play by the center.

I think I quoted the wrong author. I apologize, but me point remains in place. There is NO reason for these false starts!

Other than shotgun. It's a special case.

At this point in the season I realize that we are going to get a lot of false start penalties (due to Spurrier's system w/ all the audibles). However, I CANNOT live with the stupid personal fouls!!! Upshaw lost this game for us - bottom line. Our defense was playing great in the 2nd half, and he kept that drive going. Same thing happened w/ Trotter vs. the Giants.

Unbelievable!!!

Regardless, other teams play without so many false starts. I think a lot of it has to do with Ramsey changing the play and not everybody hearing it. Ramsey needs to not audible anymore because he has not had a single play produce results when he has done so. At least I haven't seen one.

Do you know what happens if you don't audible at the line of scrimmage in the NFL? How can other teams do it and we can't? We made 3-4 false starts in our own stadium for cryin' out loud! I don't think the problem is our QB or audibles. Lineman should wear ear plugs in practice so they must watch the snap!! Sorry for yelling nut it drives me nuts!!

Also, remember that Ramsey started his 10th game yesterday in the NFL, he's learning. I promise you his audibles will begin to payoff at some point.
