While I have my issues with SS, i for one am glad to see him sticking with Ramsey even when he seems to be struggling. I think I believe that he REALY does believe in Ramsey.
Thoughts?

Honestly, there was a time yesterday when I was hoping that he would have pulled him. My reasoning was that I thought that he was hurt, and while I recognize that Ramsey can use all of the live fire action that he can see, he had his moments where he could have made some throws where the pressure wasn't that bad, yet he was seemingly flustered for a great portion of the game. I also felt that he could have simply benefitted from getting some rest from the pounding he was getting.
Having said all of that, I do admire Spurrier sticking to his word so far.

Yep, it's good to see him stick with his word and I do understand your point about resting him.

You all know I am very critical of the coaching staff; having said that, I too am proud of Coach Steve for sticking with Patrick. Now comes the however; the coaching staff needs to react more quickly, perhaps there could have been adjustments made to the game plan to allow Patrick to perform better, regain his confidence and settle the team down. We have seen these adjustments in the 2nd half in prior games.
Again, this was a conference game.

In Atlanta they went to "max protect" and got Ramsey into a rytheme

Yeah, Spurrier's patience has definitely paid off with Ramsey's fourth quarter showings.

Stciking with Ram yes, undisciplined, uncorrected football, NO! Spurrier must be accountable as well, and this team's penalty situation is the same, not better. Teams reflect there coach.
