I thought he deserved to be cut, but it's classy of him to not have anything personal against the team.

Yep, we're all pretty content with this one. Never was a fan of #89.

When camp was in Carlisle, they were giving away seat cushions and some of them had been signed by players. Well I got one signed by Flem and when they called his name I got this cool Skins football. That football has never been out of of glass storage case since I got it home. It ended up with some very nice autographs on it. Skaggs BArker and 2 other guys Lavar and Champ. Barker was the one I am the proudest of :D:D:D

Last two years he just has not held onto the ball. That won't save a roster spot for ya. It was his job to keep, and he could not do it.

Poor Flem I liked him but we really did need to upgrade the position.

I always felt Flemister was keeping the seat warm until someone better came along. But I'm catagorically against mid-season wheeling & dealing unless it is too good to pass up (which I don't think this was) and because it rarely is a long term answer (& rarely even the short term answer it is thought to be). So I'd have passed on Chamberlain, kept Flem' & look for better in the off season.
Oh well, hope he works out.

He should be fine with it. He admitted he didn't play well. He's also not trying to burn bridges as well.

I for one think Chamberlain will prove to be a good pick up. Flem dropped too many passes and did nothing to justify the salary he was at. Chamberlain is a big guy, excellent catching abilities and will provide a good drop off for Ram. I like the move.

Justin is one of my favorite players, I would look for him everyday I was at camp and shake his hand and wish him well. I really thought he had a shot on this team as 5 or 6 wr. Alot of people on here can tell ya I was one of the biggest Skaggs fan here I even had Justins mom PM on another message board and thank me for the kind things I said about him.
I was joking about Barker, even though my daughter really like Barker

I liked Flem, always seemed to me to be a nice guy, very personable with fans and the media. He didn't do enough to earn or keep his job, however, yet I hope that he lands somewhere in the league and keeps getting a paycheck.

I'm sure Flemister is fine with the move, aren't we all when we get fired from a place that we've worked at for years?

Had no idea he had the heel injury going on, bone spurs hurt!!!!!
Glad he's such a class act though, unlike Spurrier...Idiot...a goodbye wouldn't have killed him.
