I opted for drafting Patrick Ramsey!
Why?
Because many of the other FO moves were and are based on that decision, i.e Coles signing.
The Coaching staff and FO made a conscious decision to support that draft choice.

I threw the nod to signing Coles. The entire NFL laughed at Synder for giving him such a large contract...but after 5 weeks...he remains in the top 2 in receiving yards, and has been a proven go-to guy for Ramsey in these comebacks. Coles has developed a chemistry with Ramsey quicker than he did with Pennington. Us Skins fans will have years of fun watching this combo as they get more experience together.

In a distant 2nd place...I would have voted for the Ramsey drafting. Sure...Synder originally wanted Harrington, but he was smart enough not to sell the bank for him. Instead, he wisely traded down 2 or 3 times to the 32nd spot get Young Patrick economically. Now, we have our QB of the Future. A QB who has won 5 of his last 8 starts. Gotta like that!

Had to go with Ramsey as well. It is tough for franchises to find that "just right" franchise QB, many teams selected QBs int he first hoping to hti the nail on the head, only to fidn a flop. We found ours. The kid is tough, strong and smart and will only get better. He will anchor this offense for years. After going through Shuler, Frerotte, Matthews, George, Wuerffel, it is truly great to see the future has arrived, instead of just another journeyman.

I voted for Ramsey.......Coles is not far behind IMO.

I said signing Coles. We have not had a WR of his skill level in a long time. Knowing he can catch one and if he does he can take it to the house is a feeling I have missed on Sundays. Connell was good but he wasn't consistant. You could depend on him messing up a drive or getting a dumb flag. Westbrook was a disappointment and may have benifited from some therapy when he came to DC. "He put an ass whoopin' on my man S. Davis!"

Coles is just someone we have needed here for the past decade.

I am glad we got Ramsey to get the ball to him. He is a close second.

Both of these guys will florish in any offensive system IMO......

Im glad they are with us!

I'm going with Hall

5 games decided by 2-3 points, Yeah, I'd say that foot is our biggest, consistant (sorta) asset right now.

Ramsey without a doubt. Now if they can just protect him.

It was a tough poll, but I went with Hall. Too many years of sweating even the 20 yard chip shots we finally have a REAL KICKER!
The other choices were real close, including Ramsey, but I got to go with Hall. The deciding factor was Ramsey really hasn't done anything in the pros yet. Spurrier's system caters to the QB so I think we could have signed a VET and done as well as Ramsey. I think this question should be asked next year after Ramsey matures more and we'll get an overwhelming vote to him. But right now, it's Hall.

Not every QB could have stood up to the pounding Ramsey has taken. Hall is a good choice since we are playing in a lot of close games, and probably will see a lot more.

Best move: Not hiring Mark as general manager.
Worst move: Not hiring me as general manager.

You have to think Ramsey is the best because without him, Coles can't even get the ball. I would actually put Hall second because he has performed excellently and has kept us in games and given us a chance to even attempt comebacks.

...except for throw for more yards than any other QB in the league.

I went with Hall, Ramsey was pretty much a no brainer and even Hall is making me watch FG attempts again( even though on the real important ones I still turn the channel or cover my eyes) :D

Ramsey edged out Coles.

RAMSEY
Even as a lifelong fan I could not take this team seriously until the QB position was taken care of. Also getting a QB is so hard, it's such a major bottleneck in building a contender.

COLES
I thought the WR core was way worse than is generally percieved and could not take this team seriously until they overhauled the WR core. 4 new WRs out of 6, and Coles - ladies & gentlemen, we have our ringer.

OTHER - ARRINGTON
Good one "Green is Good". Arrington is our trump card - the foundation of this team. It's not even a struggle for him - it's his natural state. Definitely deserves to be up there instead of half that field.

I'm still looking for the 'signing Rod Jones' option. ;)

Ramsey b/c everything ultimately depends on his ability to direct SS offense.Otherwise we might still be running QB carousel with perennial back ups.The better he gets at reading defenses and knowing when and what to audible tothe better we will be.

Signing Coles was the best move thus far. Although I think signing Hall is right there also because of how he has solidified our kicking game. I rate Ramsey just below those two because I think without Coles, Ramsey is still struggling because of having no speed wrs to stretch the field.

Who leading the team in scoring this year???? Hmmm, without Hall, what would our record be?????

I don't think there is another kicker in the league that means more to his team than Hall does to us.
