...use the no huddle against the Bucs. Like Aikman said last week, (I believe it was Aikman) by using the no huddle, it would keep the defense guessing and they couldn't make the correct substitutions for certain plays.
Thoughts?

Does Spurrier have a tendency to do that? Was that a weopen he used at Florida? Good point mike, because it does seem late int he game, when we use no huddle, this offense is very effective.

I think he used it in college. Not a lot, but some.
Another way it would help is with blitzing. Perhaps the def. couldn't blitze on every down. Thats how teams practice to beat us. They know that we're having problems picking up the blitzes...

I'd like to see the offense score one touchdown in each quarter. I like the no huddle, but not sure if it will really affect the bucs D.

Well, it would be Ramsey calling the plays at the line. Peyton is the only QB I know that has the leverage from his coach in calling the plays. Spurrier would be required to call multiple plays at one time and I think they have problems getting one play in.
I'd like to see but would that put more pressure on Ramsey.

I would like to see our offense..........
Put the team on their back and start scoring 30 or more points per game. We need to start our opening drive with the two minute drill and if we stayed at that level, I don't think anyone could mess with us............

Guy's we used the no-huddle last season ...
It worked well, I know Matthews ran it but I can't remember if we ran it w/ Ramsey at all. I think we used it all year though unless my insanity is worse than I thought.

I really like the idea of running the no huddle. I think that Ram thrives under it.

You are correct and on the Coach's show today Spurrier answered an email in reference to this exact topic. Who was it that sent it in. He basically responded with we did it some especially in two minute situations. He did say it was a good idea.

i think we should use it in every game at some point. it puts the defense on it heels and gets ram and the offense into rhythm.....
Definitely would keep the defense on their heels.
