They aren't falling, they just have multiple servers, and sometimes the server you vote on is not completly synced with the others. So it appears that they are taking votes away.

We have been very disappointed that other cities have out "clicked" Washington. We believe that is because there has been no mention of the campaign in the news media. We thought perhaps our friends at NBC4 would get out the message so that we could rival Green Bay. That city has "contributed" 83,000+ cans vs. Washington's 3,000+.
Please ask our Sports heroes, George and Sonny, to get behind this endeavor...must we Redskins fans lose at everything?
