we are 3-3 and headed into a winnable game. When we were 3-1, I think some of you got caught up in the hype and now you are ready to give up on the season. Today, we just got beat by a superior team. Next week, we play a very beatable team, one who is struggling like the Skins.
It is a must win, and I think the Skins will do it.

I dont think anyone is ready to cash the season in, i think what you are hearing if frustration from the fans about the poor coaching of this team.

3-3 is about where I figured we'd be after six games. I'm not too upset about it, though certain things are bothering me.

I agree that George Edwards had a bad day. Anyone at the game could see that all of the Motioning from TB confused the Skins and left them with bad matchups and wide open WRs.

I think we will be fine, 3-3 is not that bad. But we have to come at next week and beat the bills which I think we will easily. Did anyone watch the bills vs. the jets man the bills are really bad. Jets ripped them. I think the cowboys will win next week vs. the lions then they play the bucs which they will lose then we play them and who ever wins that game will take the divison. But this will only happen If we win next week. If we win we will be in good shape. Keep your heads up fans!

Amen!
Guys, I am not worried and I have full confidence in the team. I hope that this game was a good learning experience and will really make them work hard this week and the following ones.

I agree with Spence, I'm fine with 3-3. When the schedule came out and I saw the first seven games I was hoping for at least a 4-3 record over that stretch.

I am not happy at all with 3-3. When the game is in our firm grip, as it was against the giants and eagles, we should be able to come out victorious.

If you told me that we would be 4-3 after this stretch in August, I would have been fine. The way we lost the division games, though... it's not fine anymore.

3-3 is good.....Was not expecting more than that from the Skins at this point.......the 2 games in which we lost-i felt were very winnable........But until we push ourselves over the edge and close out games its going to be a long hard road ahead.........
All things considered i think we are doing fine......

I agree BUT that was IN August. It's now October and there are a lot of things that I wouldn't have believed then that ARE now happening: (Carolina, Minnesota, and KC undefeated at this point. Atlanta and the NYJ with only one win. AND Dallas leading the NFC East at 4-1.)
Next week is alot bigger than it should have been for us (with the way things have developed this year). We win and go into the BYE with a 4-3 record, then there is hope. BUT if we lose that's ALL SHE WROTE (IMO). I don't see us recovering to make a run at anything OTHER than one of the top 10 draft picks for 2004.

I wasn't expecting much this year and I'm with Patrick on this one. Next week is huge for us.

We might be 3-3, we barely came out on top in our victories because of penalties and turnovers. Remember we just barely beat the lowly Jets, had to come back against the Vick-less Falcons, and almost let the depleted Pats come back. Thank God for John Hall. If we still had Conway, we would be 0-6 and talking about next season.

I look at the schedule as soon as it comes out every year. 3-3 looks good to me. We really need to beat the Bills coming up. 4-3 going in to our bye looks alot better than 3-4.It will not be an easy game to win for us though. Run, run, run. Ladell and Trung (if healthy) should be running all day on the Bills Defense.

I agree 3-3 is decent but we need to find a way to protect Ram or we will be needing more QBs.

Same with me. The 3 - 3 doesn't bother me nearly as much as the 0 - 2 division, and 1 - 3 conference records. It's all about Tiebreakers, and right now we are in a losing scenario as far as that goes. If we were 3 - 3 with 2 - 0 in the divison, and 3 - 1 in the conference, we would actually be in good position. Right now we're on the outside looking in.
Even this early, it's looking like we will have to win the Division outright, because if we tie the Giants or the Eagles, the Head to Head will be a split at best. It then will go to division and conference record where we are already in the hole.

I'm ok with 3-3 it's just i'm not with the REASONS we're 3-3.They have been well documented so i wont state them all again but basically if we continue to play like this without further improvement by both lines and the backs blocking betterwe will be lucky to go 7-9 this year. The one constant is the players arent focused or as disciplined as other teams are.I really only saw us as 9-7,10-6 if we really excelled this year anyway. But our teams of the past decade have played with a lot of the same inconsistencies i'm currently seeing and we all know how well they did.
