After the Bucs game on Sunday and yesterday, I was to angry to post about the game. So, I desided to wait until I calmed down some before I came out with what I feel.

The biggest problem with the team is not the players, but the coaching. I am a big fan of Spurrier and Edwards but something has to be done about their play calling sometimes. It is like they have a brainfart.

Running the ball when you are behind in the 4th is not the answer and changing what was working on defence to something that allowed Tampa to run the score up on us is asanine.

Their were injurys that changed how they game planned the second half, but a total calapse? This team has more talent then to let something like this to happen. It has to be the coaching.

I don't know, am I not seeing this right?

No...you are seeing things fine, but I think you give too much credit to the players. There were a lot of blown assignments yesterday. Big plays were blown b/c of folks like Lavar, Samuels, Champ...etc making the wrong call.

The Coaches can "dumb down" the sysytem all they want...but even the simplest football system in the NFL requires it's players to make wise decisions.

I've said it in several threads now. Edwards needs to revoke the freedom the defensive players now enjoy. Get them to play and understand their roles first.

Skins44 you should do the healthy thing and come in here and calm down ;). I find releasing it in here is where it belongs, where people actually care as much as I do about it.

We all have our frustration and this is a great place to air them out. I feel your opain skins44! Guranteed, we all do. It is woeful to watch a talented team play lost. The coaching staff did make strange decisions, blocking schemese were incredibaly awful, players blowing assignments, penalties....

I guess my whole problem is, we are six games, now entering seventh game of the season, when are we ever going to really come through a game with a thoroughly solid performance?

No, I am not. I said "Biggest problem" not the only problem. The players have to play. The coachs can't do that for them. With penaltys, and blown assignments, that is something the players have to correct. The coachs need to get our guys in the right set or it is not going to work.

Thanks, but if I came in here on Monday, I might have said some things that I would have regreted later. So, I "calm down" so I will have a level head before I post.:D

I useuly don't get this pi$$ed at my Redskins, but I guess that I know this team is a he!! of alot better then how they are playing and it frustrates me.

I'm not calm yet. Our wins (two of which were pretty close) have come against teams with a total of four wins. Spurrier's system shows some spark, but it obviously is the primary source of the confuison which is killing us with false starts. Seems our OL may really be pretty good run blockers but not so great passing.

We have huge problems. Anyone who thinks we are going to nhandle the Bills easily I think will be proven wrong.

It's Wednesday and I'm now starting to look on the positive side and actually looking forward to this Sundays' game with some hope.

Skinsfan44 - it does help (a little) to vent in here on Monday. HELL - I was so mad last week I wanted to stop in Wilcoms and drown myself (thought better of it though). LOL.
