the larger question was how someone like Mike Williams could have been in the team's plans, much less a starter inthe offseason ?? he really doesnt fit the mold.. Shanahan is re making the team in his image for sure because Dock is a decent player

Yes but we have players that are great in the 4-3 ala Andre Carter and there rendered useless in this system. There's a reason teams were not falling all over themselves to hire Haslett.

I've been thinking that for a while. Other then Moss, who is above average when it's all said and done, this is by far and away the worst WR corps in the league. In fact I think this is worse group we've had for a very long time.

It's pretty amazing that Moss can ever get open with so few other targets.
