I know its unlikely to happen but wouldn't it be great if Bruce Smith was able to get his 1½ sacks this coming week at Buffalo where he began his career. I think it'll be really wonderful for the guy and all of his fans for him to do it in Buffalo.

I doubt he will, but he needs 2 to break the record. 1.5 to tie it.

I wish he would get them this weekend so this could be done with.

I don't think it's out of the question ... especially if we go to a 3-4 and shake-up our pathetic pass rush. If we can shut down their running game I think we'll get a few sacks.

I'd love to see Bruce get the record and then he probably won't mind having less playing time.

YES - AND maybe that would allow others to get some reps too!

We better get some kind of a pass rush going, if we want any chance of beating the bills.

According to the Post, the Redskins have been given approval for a game stoppage by the NFL if Bruce gets the 2 sacks.

yeah, it would be great..........(to gt his old a** off the field!) j/k...it would be nice to see bruce get his record at his old stomping grounds. his REDSKINS jersey would go into the hall. it would be even nicer to get him that SB ring that he couldnt get with the bills...

The OTs are young, Bledsoe stays in the pocket a long time, & Moulds may even be out. Could spell a good day for Bruce.

BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE!!
