Hey all,

I've read that you can enable a 3D mode for Madden 11. Apparently there are promotional packs of Doritos where you can get a unique code. Unfotunately being in the UK we don't have this promotion :(

Do any of you nice Dorito loving people have any spare codes from the packs please? It would be much appreciated :)

Haven't heard of it, but I'll let you know if I stumble upon a bag with it for you.

I'm not sure if this will work on more than one install, but I sent it to you in a PM. If it doesn't work, it's pretty easy to get a code. Just get your phone, go to the store and take a picture of the price label on a bag of Doritos. The long alphanum under the price is the code that the bag says to use.

This is hokey bull. If anybody played the GOTY of Batman: Arkham Asylum, it's the same kind of "3D" used there.

To be able to use modern 3D technology, like in Call of Duty Black Ops, significant changes to the engine need to be made to essentially render the entire environment twice (which is why BO has such a variable usage of texture packs to cut down on frame rate issues). This is not happening in Madden.
