I forgot my password and was having a hard time getting on the site but I am back. Most of you most likely wished I had stayed gone. I was told by a number of gentleman running this forum that the Skins had improved their team. I disagreed the entire time and now it looks like my prediction of 7-9 maybe 8-8 is going to become a realility. Our o-line(The worst) has been a shock to me but I predicted that our D-line would be terrible and it has been. We can't get any pressure on the QB and we can't stop the run. I argued with many of that you win football games up front on the o-line and D-line. Of course I have been wrong about many things on this forum as well and the year is still young hopefully we can turn it around. Next year in the draft can we please get some D-line help in the FIRST ROUND.

Welcome back bball. They still have time to turn things around on the oline. Not too sure about the dline though.

I think its a little early to be patting yourself on the back just yet about your 7-9 prediction. This team has upgraded its talent...Its the stupid mistakes that are holding them back.

Welcome back bball! Glad to see ya back at hR.

I agree DJ. The team has upgraded the talent. Your right, the Dline sucks and is the achilles heal of this team. Plus, we may have upgraded talent, but i still have little confidence in the coaching of this team. It seems this team is all about reacting to losses, and reacting again. Tired of excuses, the talent is here, its time to play ball and focus, period.

IMO this week tells it all. Go into the bye with a 4-3 record there is a sense of improvement - both in the players eyes and the fans. Go 3-4 and we are no better off than last year, may be worse.

I couldn't agree more. Every game is important and we especially need the win going into the bye.

I agree this is a huge game for us against the Bills. 4-3 going into the bye could help propel us but I disagree about the talent being here. Don't get me wrong we have talent here but can anybody name a worse D-line in the league. In this league you can't be the worst at anything and win unless you are the absolute best on the oppisite end. In other words we would have to have an offense like the 99 Rams to even compete because our d-line is so bad. The coaching is suspect too. Does anybody know what are plus - minus is? Also what do you guys think is wrong with are o-line? Janson and Samuels are stinking it up. I will always be a Redskin fan untl the day I die but we are starting to be the laughing stock of the NFC. We have gone to the playoffs 1 time in how many years? What do we have to do to turn this around?

there are a lot of games to be played right now. this was the tought part of the schedule. after the bye there will be easier games.

Yeah theyhave to win this, they have to go into the bye at 4-3. Her eis the bottom line as well, they are making changes, such as Maximum Protection for Ramsey , possible 3-4 schemes, and moving Lavar into a situation to pressur ethe QB. If these changes don't work, whatelse is there to do? Then and only then, I may just have to question the talent level.

Sched gets harder now!!!! Remaining teams have a combined record of 27-20, 6 of those teams have an above average record. Those 6 teams are 20-6

Its too early for anyone to throw in the towel on a team that is sitting at .500 and right in the middle of a battle for the division lead. I honestly believe Dallas is going to crumple soon. They still have us twice, and the Bucs, Panthers, Bills, and Dolphins. There schedule is not getting any easier and they are going to lose there fair share of games. The Giants and Eagles have shown they aren't as strong as previous years. This division is wide open and anyone throwing in the towel now needs to go find another team to root for.

Well, winning the division would be looking alot better had we beat the Giants and Philly. I'm not throwing in the towel but I'm not going to ignore the problems this team has either. There is plenty of football to be played and I hope our team does just that; play some solid football.
