I'm sure the old timers are laughing at the surgery on the thumb and that it might take 3 weeks to heal.

A fracture was found in Smoot's sternum and it must be painful because he doesn't feel like talking.

Some here will find it nteresting that they describe Ladell as a more powerful runner.

Yep - read this. What I'm afaid of (and like I said on other thread), I can see the injuries starting to hit us. We've been lucky with the few nicks and dings during the first four weeks but now we are starting to ply up these more serious injuries. NOT GOOD!

Yeah but one good thing is the Bye week is coming and that will give time for some guys with nagging stuff, liek Randy Thomas knee, Upshaw and his knee, to heal and have time off. IMO, Bye week is coming at a great time.

We've been very lucky with injuries so far this year. Most teams are still worse off than we are.
