each and every loss will just fuel the rumors that everyone is unhappy and that SS is leaving. If we lose this game and with the bye week upcoming, the team's mental health seems to be at stake.

Redskinfan29 - Your point is valid, and there are even more reasons we need the win today. A lot of those points have already been stated, but with this continued reporting of discord in the coaching ranks it only intensiifes all the reasons for the team to win.
A strong, solid victory today will go along way towards putting rumors to bed and give everyone involved the opportunity to address real issues.

Very true. I don't like all these rumors. We need to put them to an end, and the best way to convince everyone that Spurrier wants to stay is with him winning.

I'm so use to the rumors that after the last decade I'm just numb.Winning is the only way to fix the mess that is rearing it's head in the media.
