We aren't going to go 7-9 we are going to 3-13 and go 0-6 in our own division. Sorry guys but this is pitiful. When are we going to start playing smart football. Trade one WR for another? WHAT ABOUT THE D-LINE! We get ran over every game. We should change our name to the Bengals. In the last ten years where do we rank in wins? We have got to be in the bottom 5 in the league. I bet there will still be some guys on the site who will say we need more offensive help like they did last draft. I predicted this would happen. I specifically said we would get ran all over and it hurts to say this but we have been. Football games are won up front. We should have never gotten Coles we had a legit #1 in Gardner.

Sorry I disagree on Gardner being a legit #1.

Geez bball, everything sounded good until the end. Coles is one of the few players that deserves recognition and Gardener?! That guy hasn't even gotten double digit tackles yet. That's not where the FO went wrong.
But your right if we go 7-9 w/ this crap we've overachieved.

Let me ask you this. Is Keyshawn Johnson a legit #1. How much better is Johnson then Gardner. IMO not that much better and Gardner is only starting his career. The team has to give these guys a chance to develope. You know what I mean man?

I don't consider Meyshawn a legit #1 either.

My point exactly. Look what Tampa did last year. We didn't need Coles.

Sorry I disagree with you. I think Coles will make Gardner that much better. Also, Gardner is still dropping alot of balls.

The entire NFL has figured out this offense and its weaknesses. The remainder of season is going to be painful to say the least.

That ain't going to win us any games though. I think this 3-4 start proves that. We can't stop the run. That is simple for me to see. Oh well there is always next year.

I thought you meant D.Gardener now I know you're crazy. Rod has hands of stone you have to be kidding me, Rod a #1.

Gardner a legit #1? Even when Coles is getting doubled Rod isn't beating his man consisitently, and when he does he's dropping the ball. STILL.

We have NO #3,4,5,6 guy anymore either.
3-13 just about is how I see it right now. We are the worse team in the league after today. It hurts me to have to admit that but as you know - Truth sometimes hurts!!!! Man this season suck!!!

Seeway - I think you hit the nail on the head. This system has been exposed for what it is - a college level system.

The entire NFL has figured out our system - WHAT'S TO FIGURE out, that we have no blocking scheme and it's easy to get to our QB.
College system???? I don't give a damn if we switch to the best "PROVEN" Pro system out there - IT AIN'T going to work if you don't F**KEN protect!!! Bottomline!!!!!!

I don't see enough execution by the players to blame the system entirely.
RSF10 has pointed out Gardener's inability to take advantge of Coles being double teamed. Huge disappointment. NO GUTS!

Gotta agree with Patrick here. It's not the system in itself. It can work, given a few adjustments (keeping an extra man in to block, for example). But the fact is our players just aren't performing where they need to, and the two biggest areas this stands out on are blocking and playing disciplined defense. Both are killing us. The players need to step it up.
