The Fumble

So I watched a little of the game again (I guess I'm a glutton for punishment). But I mostly was interested in the Ramsey fumble down close to the goal.

It looked to me, not only did the Center step on Ramsey's foot as he was backing away, but it also looked like the Left Guard (inadvertantly, I assume) swatted the ball out Ramsey's hand, as Ramsey was falling down. Did anybody else notice this?

If that is the case, it really presents a nice microcosm of the team. Ramsey is out there giving it his all, and he just can't get out of the way of the inept O-line.

This was bought up by rskinsfan10 in the actual game thread. In slow motion it looks intentional. Spurrier reviewed that play with Sonny and George on the news yesterday.

Intentional? Oh come on, Mike. No one would have any reason to do that on purpose, and I saw it in slow motion too. I didn't see anything that made me think it was intentional.

Who all is on the side of not wanting to hear anything more about Dockery being a rookie? He used up all his 'acceptable' rookie gaffes in the Philly game IMO. He's just flat out not catching on and shouldn't be in the game. Lennie Friendman, anyone?

Dockery is having problems but I'm not going to throw this kid away just because he's having a rough start. Agree, he needs to hit the pines to re-evaluate. I don't think Lennie F is going to be the answer. May give some help but then again EVERYONE was saying give Dockery a chance two weeks ago!!!!

I'm not saying it was intentional, I'm saying it looked intentional. I guess I should have said it almost looked intentional.

I know no one on this team would do that. It's just to me it almost looks intentional.
