What does that say about Hamdan? Maybe Spurrier mad a mistake with that pick.

I think Ss is shocked Danny did not come back and is now at a loss for a back up. I have heard this Hasselbeck guy is a very smart QB, he will have to be to even come close to running it

I thought Gibby would win out too. Hasselback has more experience (not much but more) reading defenses maybe why Spurrier went w/ him instead?!

I dunno. I don't think is a good thing for Gibran either. Gibran has been playing in the system since camp. This guy has come in and within a week, wins the number two. Hasslebeck has never played in the Spurrier offense, so this tells me that Hamdan is struggling.

Well, he is a seventh-round pick out of something like Northeastern Illinois University. Give him some time.

He came from Indiana? Are you sure? I could have sworn there was something like "Northeastern" in his college's name.
Nope Joe .. Mark is right, Indiana.
Hasselbeck is the better QB .. but I don't see how he can do much more than hand the ball off with his limited knowledge of the playbook.

Let us all hope and pray that it doesn not matter who our #2 QB is! Let us hope that the bye week gave the O line a chance to regroup and that they keep Ram on his feet this week and for the rest of the season.

Yep, Mark is right on this one. He played his college ball at Indiana.
Either way, it was the worst use of a draft pick our FO/coaching staff has made in a while. Like I've been preaching since the draft, Hamdan could have been had as UFA.

We are in trouble if Ramsey goes down.

Last year at Indiana, Gibran passed for 2115 yards with 14 picks and 9 td's. Why was he even drafted?..... Was Dorsey still available when Hamdan was picked? If so, then we should have picked him instead of this guy.
