whether we win this game or not, this coaching staffin DC is absolutely pathetic. Spurrier does not have any control, all these penalties, Edwards is calling a simply horrible game. There has been no adjustments.
As a Redskins fan, I want to see damn changes, but this is pathetic. The Dalla soffensive line is beat to hell, but yet, we rush just foru guys.
Yo me, the offensive play calling has been nothing but a disaster.
I am very, very upset with this staff.
I hear ya! Agreed all the way!

Bill Parcells is prepared, Steve Spurrier is not

Bill Parcells is always prepared. Steve Spurrier never is. None of his coaches are. Helton sucks, he has ruined Jansen and Samuels.
This is the absolute worse feeling I have ever had as a Redskin fan. I agree with PSF.
I wouldn't be surprised to see SS resign on Monday. His team looks pathetic. He had 2 weeks to prepare for this game. Why does it look like he had 2 days?
Not sure I agree on Edwards today .. but this is a horribly coached offense. We have talent on the O-line and on offense, but Spurrier's inability to properly protect the QB in college has become a glaring weakness in the NFL and we won't win games with our quarterback spending most the time on his back. This game is making me sick.

not to make excuses, but i don't think Jansen and Samuels can hear Ramsey and that's why they are not playing well.

I dont know what to say, I have to leave the bar I was watching the game at, I couldnt take it any more. I am still getting the gamecast here online but still. 4 turnovers and we are going to lose the game. Replace the whole coaching staff. The season is over. I feel sick and probably wont go to work tomorrow.

And then again maybe Snyder will sell the team!!!

Riggins statement may come true after all. He thinks Spurrier will be fired. I don't think so but we'll see.

I TOTALLY AGREE with all of y'all assessments of today's game.... People who knows me know I'm an "absolute" optimists.... But, after watching how this season has begun to unravel, I can't say that I am optimistic about it.... Yes, the 'Skins has cut the lead to 21-14, but it's been a very, very, ugly game to say the least.... The 'Skins have seem to regress every week of the season.... And, now I feel that "we" are going to eventually lose some quality players when their contracts expire (you all know the players I'm talking about)..... The organization looks to be in shambles and I don't think it will get any better unless Snyder sells the franchise.

Thing is, we get on Snyder. Folks, Snyder signed the players to strengethen this team in spots WE ALL thought were weaknesses. Wake up!!!!!!! It is the Spurrier system. You send four to five receivers out, your QB is vulnerable. Folks, this is not science.
Fact is, the team was ill-prepared again. In is a never ending saga.

Coach Edwards made some effort; the rest of the coaching staff, including the Head Coach are in jeopardy of losing their jobs. - starting with the Head Coach this week!

I'm still a Spurrier guy. Nothing has convinced me the talent on this team is anything but overrated especially our beloved tackles. Parcells team SURE LOOKED prepared w/ all those turnovers and penalty's thay had, puh-leaze. Offensively they just pushed our front four aside like bitches. Defensively they just beat us up front like bitches even though they're 'undersized.' These players SUCK! How can you single out the coach when these players that get beat by mediocre players every stinkin week? What does it take more coaches?

Well, I was just listening to the locker room reports and Sonny is blaming the coaching.

Sounds accurate to me. The players didn't come up with that lame ass game plan.

If sonny is blaming the coaching, then so is Snyder. Gotta agree with them. You all ca bash Snyder all you want, but this SYSTEM Blows. This team has tremendous talent but this system is not working. The players are confused and Ramsey is getting killed.

Thank you. Some how or another though this will all be blamed on Snyder. I guess he should invest in some tight-ass Bike shorts and start running practice if he is going to be blamed for everything that goes wrong with this team.

Yeah b/c Sonny knows all. I love the guy but if he's going to be our GM then he should take the heat like everybody else i.e for the Jeff George endorsement. What a complete debacle that recommendation was, thank you Sonny for all your input. RIDICULOUS!

I think Spurrier should be fired, but who'll step in the rest of the season. I mean it's not like we're going to the playoffs, but that would send a bad message to the players in the long run I suppose. What I'm really worried about is Spurrier getting Ramsey killed or ruining his confidence. Ramsey will be here after the SS experiment has failed and he's long gone. I guess I'm torn between instant gratification and doing what is best for the team.

Simple, we have a coach who doesn't put in the required work of reviewing teams and developing an actual gameplan toward a team. He basically just shoots from the hip when calling plays.

Hmmmmm ............. Sonny, Riggins......... them seem to have all the answers, hire one of them as the head coach. ........ NOPE, neither one of them would work for Dan. It's alot easier to make yourself look like a "KNOW IT ALL" from a radio, or TV show. ........ AND if Sonny has Dan's ear soooooo much, why is SS still hear?
