With the word of Shockey's injury, can we count out the Giants now? I want to think they're dead and buried, but then I remember Fassel's ability to motivate his players (see their run to the Super Bowl in 2000). But I'm going to go out and say it: the Giants are done, Fassel is done, and we can all sleep happy. Anyone agree with me?

I would like to think they are done, but we have the same records, so we are still in the same boat, and we haven't proven that we can beat an NFC team not coached by Dave Campo under the direction of SS.

Hmmmmm - Well, if you look at the standing, they are in the same position as us. Each game is important and can't to afford to lose more than one game to close out the season.

Not done yet, they still have weapons.
Collins is a quality QB, Tiki is one of the better RBs in the league and Toomer is a solid reciever. They are on the brink of being done but so are we.

I'm on the fence on this one. In one hand they have some very good weapons on the offensive side of the ball. in the other hand, those weapons keep making turnovers in critiacal times of the game.

I will not count the Giants out because if I did, I feel that I would also have to count us out as well.

The Giants look like crap every year before Fassell pulls them out of the fog, although this year they look to be in worse shape as far as injuries to key personell. I'm not ready to write them off just yet. I would love to, but I can't.

In my opinion, you can stick a fork in 'em. And yes, I realize I say this with themhaving the same record we do. But with Shockey gone, I consider us the better team.

I think Collins is an overrated QB... but he has some quality round him.
