Trade, opinions wanted

I am thinking of trading Shaun Alexander and Amani Toomer for Jamal Lewis and Donte Stallworth. Scoring is 10 pts for 100 yds and 6,9 and 12 for TD's depending on distance. The trade is basically Alexander for Lewis because I have Moss, Chad Johnson, Bruce, Jimmy Smith and Troy Brown at WR and I don't see the other guy making the playoffs.

What say you?

hmm, I'd look at both RBs oponents from here on out. Lewis has put up the better #s of course. But I'd have to look down the road and see which one would do better from here on out.

I made the move. I'm already in the playoffs and with one more win I get a bye for taking the division. I then have to worry about weeks 15 and 16 and Baltimore is at Oakland and then Cleveland would be the Super Bowl and we all know what happened last time he played Cleveland.

Dave, sounds like a great move. The question is, why in the heck would the other guy give up Lewis for Alexander?

Was he needing a WR more?

He needed a WR and he's on the verge of not making the playoffs. I kind of got him in a vunerable position. Plus, he was complaining at the draft how there are never any trades in this league.

Be careful though because teams are going to be gearing up even more then before to stop Lewis because now the Ravens don't even have the ability to throw it deep.

I thought about that but they had a rookie in there before and he ran like hell.
