One good thing we can take from the game today is DMC's continuing emergence as a quality receiver. He just keeps making plays that show he's ready to move up to the next level. Somehow I doubt Gardner will be sticking around when his contract runs out.

I like McCants too. I am not a big fan of Gardner he still drops alot of passes and has doesn't play consistent enough. Is McCants a free agent after this season? Because he is definately a keeper.

If I remember correctly, McCants still has one more year on his contract after this season.

Is a restricted free agent and will probably be gone after this year. Rod Gardner has 2 more years left before he is unrestricted.

We need to extend McCants, then. He's turning into a real weapon.

We need to resign him and stop letting our good up and coming players walk although he may be gone next year in favor of more pt for Jacobs since he is a Gator. I hope not but I've seen us lose too many good young players. Plus DMC takes time out for the fans he signed a bunch of autographs during warm ups at the Seattle game plus stopped and b.s.ed with some fans then too, cool guy I hope he stays.

And let's not forget the fact that this is the man who dated Vivica Fox.

McCants could make justification of leaving Gardner go.

I have liked DMC since he got here. I was worried last season that Spurrier would cut him (since he wasn't a gator). I am glad he saw something in him. I would love to see him stay. Keeping him would help stablize this offense.
He's a Player......

DMC has continually made clutch plays or TDs when asked upon. We should look into re-signing him before he becomes a star elsewhere.

Keep McCants....! Gardner.... gets another year to try and recover. Everybody can have a bad year and deserves another shot.
