Well...it's Thanksgiving weekend...which means the regular season is winding to an end for Fantasy Footballers.

Here are the current playoff implications for the HR.com Monacan Conference prior to this weekend's games:

Allen Division Winner and #1 Seed Playoff Bye - dj_Stouty - "Synder's Wallet"; 10 - 2

Gibbs Division Winner and Automatic Playoff Berth - bfauble83 - "Insert Clever Name"; 7-5

Last Wildcard Spot - BigCountry - "Jeremiah Freakin Rulz";6-6 (Regardless if BigCountry loses this weekend and PA_Elway Fan wins....Big Country gets the playoff spot because he has more overall points)

HERE IS WHERE IT GETS COMPLICATED:
The Following three Spurrier Division teams have playoff spots...but their outcomes this weekend will determine who gets the Division Title and the 2nd Playoff Bye...and who will get the last two Wild Card Spots.

Divison Ties are broken as such:

Tie Breaker for selecting the division winners
1) Best Winning Percentage
2) Head-to-Head. Head-to-Head is determined by comparing the Win-Loss-Tie record for only the games played between the tying teams (be it 2 or more teams that are tied).
3) Best Division Winning Percentage
4) Highest Total Points For
5) Highest Total Points Against
6) Virtual Coin Toss

Seeway - "Scuttlebutts"; 9-3 (If Seeway wins against PA_Elway, he automatically gets the Division Title and the 2nd playoff bye spot. He would also get the title if He lost and the Pregnant Parrots beat Lightning.)

Chris Wright - "Lightning Strikes Twice"; 8-4 (Has a chance at the Divison title and the 2nd bye only if the Scuttlebutts lose and he wins against the Pregnant Parrots)

Skinzaholic - "Pregnant Parrots"; 8-4 (Because he has the worst inter-divisional record, no matter if he wins or not, he has no mathmatical chance at the Divisional Bye. However, he still gets the 2nd Wildcard Spot)



CONFUSED? Good! That is what good "end of season" fantasy football is all about! Good luck gentlemen!

OK... so theParrots have no chance at the Division. It will still feel mighty good heading into the playoffs with a "share" of the title.

And truthfully, the Scuttlebutts know who is their daddy!

Congratulations to the 6 teams who made the 1st Annual Monacan Conference Playoffs.

Here are the seeds:

#1 - Snyder's Wallet (dj_stouty) - Allen Division Winner and Automatic 1st Round Bye
#2 - Lightning Strikes Twice (Chris Wright) - Spurrier Division Winner and Automatic 1st Round Bye
#3 - [Insert Team Name Here] (Bfauble83) - Gibbs Division Winner and 3rd overall seed
#4 - Scuttlebuts (Seeway) - Number one Wild Card spot and #4 overall seed
#5 - Pregnant Parrots (Skinzaholic) - Number two Wild Card spot and #5 overall seed
#6 - Jeremiah Freakin Rulz (Big Country) - Number three Wild CArd Spot and #6 overall seed.

Now...Snyder's Wallet and Lightning Strikes Twice both have 1st round byes.

The #3 seed plays the #6 seed this week while the #4 seed plays the #5 seed.

That means...

#3 Seed [Insert Team Name Here] plays #6 Seed Jeremiah Freakin Rulz

and

#4 Seed Scuttlebutts plays #5 Seed Pregnant Parrots.

Next week, #1 Seed Snyder's Wallet will play the lowest Seed remaining and #2 Seed Lightning Strikes will play the 2nd lowest seed remaining.

Those winners will face off in Week 15 for the Monacan Championship.

In week 16, The Monacan Champ will face off aganist the Powhatan Champ for Hr.com Supremacy.

Yeah I've been a Bad Commish in this regard. I was hoping someone from the Conference would pick up the slack.

Finals are:

DC Warriors vs Harvey's Hitmen.

Harvey was the regular Season High points scorer and DC Warriors was 2nd, so it should be a good match-up. Harvey also has revenge factor on his side as he lost the regular season match-up between the 2 teams.
