Overall Game MVP: Trung. First 100-yard back this season, had some big runs and fought out a few tough yards. If only he had looked like this all year.
Offensive Game Ball: Trung.
Defensive Game Ball: Bowen. Supported the run well and broke up a few passes, too. I think the touchdown throw to Boo Williams was against his coverage, but LaVar did let the ball go right through his hands.
Special Teams Game Ball: Hall. He's a stud. End of story. No, I won't give it to Morton for the TD, he had a hole so large my handicapped grandma could have at least made it to midfield through it. All he did was shrug off one tackle from behind. It was the blocking that did it, for once.
Young Player Game Ball (Rookie in 2002 or 2003): Rock Cartwright. He gets the tough yards, and then he gets the tough yards, and then he goes and gets the tough yards.
Play of the Game: The Morton TD.
Weak of the Game (Who sucked it up): Hello, Patrick Johnson. We're your hands. You seem to misplace us several times per game, and we'd like you to know that we're right here, at the ends of your arms, like always, whenever you need us. I'm sure the Redskins would like to see you use us more often, so if you could stop losing track of us on big plays, that would be great.

Weak of the Game - CHAMP BAILEY - He got BURNED by Horn, and the only way to save a TD was to get the Pass Interference Call for 40 yards. That play swayed the momentum in the Saints favor, which led to the first Brooks TD run. Maybe someday, Champ will learn to turn his head to make an attempt to intercept the ball.

play of the game: (3rd and goal and we weren't looking for and couldn't stop Brooks from scoring the winning TD)

weak of the game: Champ (hands down was burned by Horn on numberous times and got 2 or maybe more penalties that hurt this team big time, the last 1 resulted in them being able to score to winning TD in the 4th quarter)
