Both of these teams look bad, I mean really bad. The Skins squandered opportunites in the first half like they've done all season long. The penalties are back. Too many in the first half. Tiki is close to or over 100 yards already. The defense is still allowing big plays on 3rd down. Betts needs more touches in the 2nd half.
