Well one of the best GM's just went out on the open market....

Bucs general manager Rich McKay is preparing to end his relationship with the team after nearly three decades. McKay asked for and received permission from owner Malcolm Glazer to be released from the final four seasons of his $2.4-million a year contract to pursue a similar position with the Atlanta Falcons or another NFL team.

Who wouldn't want the chance to walk into Altanta and hire his own coach and have Vick playing for him....

Wow, they just let him leave without any type of compensation? That's odd in this day and age.

Even though that quote doesn't say it, I would guess that there are strings attached, like whatever team he goes to has to send a draft pick or two back.

I don't think so MM. From what I've read at different sports reporting sites, there are no strings attached.

I cant imagine someone of McKay's calibur coming here to work under the magnifying glass called Dan Snyder.

He will go to Atlanta.
