In this last game somebody please hold up a sign to Snyder telling him to go get Gibbs. Hate to say it, but credit where credit is due. Parcells did a fantastic job with Dallas, and in my eyes they don't have the talent that Washington does, and the only coach that I know of that can do the same with Washington is Gibbs. A coach makes all the difference in the world.

Gibbs would never come back. 1st off he's enjoying life in racing, 2nd he's already accomplished everything there is in football w/ the Redskins as a Head Coach. He wants ownership at this point.

Gibbs has said over and over again that he couldn't handle coaching again.

I personally think the man was prophetic.

I'm making a sign for the Eagles game, and it will read.........
Hey Snyder-Claus. All I want for Christmas is a GM.

There will never be another Joe Gibbs.

I'll hold up a sign but it'll probably read:
Next timeout: Crazy In Love (by Beyounce)

Gibbs already has ownership in the Atlanta Falcons. I'm not really sure how much though. I don't think he'll ever come back. But one can dream.

Even if Joe Gibbs did return to coaching, does anyone seriously believe he'd work for Dan Snyder?

NO WAY - but somehow I do think Gibbs could (and would) figure out away where Dan works for him. ............ I'm sure the thought of getting Gibbs back has cross Dan's mind many times. In fact, Snyder has probably handed over the check book and told Gibbs he could write in his own amount. ...... Bottomline, Gibbs is done with coaching football.

If and it's a huge if Joe Gibbs were to come back. I think Snyder would definitely have to give Gibbs complete control, and if Snyder were to ever undermine Gibbs he would be persecuted by all Redskins fans for doing so unto Gibbs.

No, let the legend rest in peace.
I mean what if he came back and could do nothing for us? I couldn't live with that...

Well, the telltale sign was there if you look. Gibbs almost took the Panther job and was not allowed by Mr. Cook.
