Should I even bother watching the Redskins play the Eagles next week?

I am well beyond sick of the losses our guys have piled up.

Blown out and shut out last week, then yesterday yet another clearly winnable game gets away from us and ends up in the LOSS COLUMN, not unlike the Miami game, the NY Giants game, oh heck just fill in the blank! :mad:

I fully expect the 'Skins defense to give up massive yardage and substantial points next Saturday in Philly (much like yesterday), ending in yet another shameful loss.

Should I even tune in to watch? I'm highly inclined not to, much as I love the team.

If I do think I'll just end up feeling like I do today and like I did yesterday:

Angry of mind and sick at heart. :doh:

It is going to be real nasty when it is all said and done on Sunday.

Philadelphia is going to be angry, coming off a loss, and will be fighting for home-field advantage.

The Redskins have nothing to prove to anyone (or atleast that is how they are acting) and I don't expect a good game at all.

But, since I have next week off too, I'll sit through every agonizing minute.

Your lucky you get a choice, way back in the beginning of the season I happily bought two tickets from a friend, thinking "This might be the most exciting game of the season, maybe it'll all come down to this game..."

Needless to say, too late to try to dump them. Now I gotta go sit in a cold stadium at 8:30 at night with a bunch of Eagles fans...

I live in Georgia and don't get to see the Skins much, unless I find direct TV somewhere. Win or Lose I grew up in DC watching the Skins, they depress me sometimes, make me sick sometimes, and make me proud to be a Skins fan alot of times. If I get a chance to watch them I will. Hail to the Redskins...................

I'd watch if I were you. If you hate the eagles like I'm sure most redskins fans do, you'd love to knock them out of the #2 spot and out of the division lead. Sure Dallas would win but at least they could say they screwed up Philly's season.

Hey now - remember, the band will be there, the final appearence of the Funky Four for 2003. AND I'll be there, in fact hope to make it to the fifth quarter. There will be a few of us Redskin fans, not all igles people. ..... Already lined up a DD (my daughter) and we are just going to have a GOOD time! ...... Where are you sitting for this game Lorri??

I will watch.. as I have every year... as the season comes to a close.... I will do all the pre-game rituals and still believe that somewhere, somehow, the Redskins will manage to show the sports world that they still have some pride!
