It has finally come - last game of the season for our beloved Redskins.

Thanks to all for all your input and posts on the "outcome" polls. You have been great.

The Eagles need this game to win the division and ensure a week of rest in January. They also have a slim chance at having home field advantage in the playoffs. They'll kill the Redskins and then feast on their bones.

The Redskins will catch the Eagles flat and whip up on them. Huh, oh. *head spinning around* I'm back now. The Skins will play good for a half then the Eagles will take over.

While I am fairly confident of an Eagle win this week, the way our defense has been playing leaves me very concerned about our playoff prospects. Our run defense which has been poor all year has just taken a step down. Fortunately. we can count on Spurrier to rely on the pass more than the run.

Who would have thought the last time we played that our seasons were about to take such different turns. Oh well, best of luck next year and happy holidays.

I am cerain the Iggles will have no problem with the Skins on Sat. Wont even be worth the TV air time to watch it.

I am also pretty certain the Iggles will once again fall short of glory... and this my be their last chance (Hooray!).

Skins win big!!!! 34-17 a late drive by the igles makes the score a little closer than the game really was.

now, as for reality.....

I see a blitz fest and Tim will have a Dallas game. Eagles should win easy

I think the appropriate poll will be how many Eagles fans are ejected from the stadium. I'm not looking forward to having these drunk low-life eagle fans causing trouble all around me.

This time I only said a couple. The other times I said I'd get drunk.

Redskins 13

Eagles 34

The Washington defense will give up 400+ total yards. Hasselbeck will be sacked 4 times. Spurrier will scratch his head and shrug his shoulders in lieu of any meaningful explanation.

and then...

Redskin Scott will be an inconsolable, raging a$#%^*e for about a week afterwards.

It's scary how accurate I think this is going to be. Except you forgot the part where Spurrier puts that pained smirk on his face.

Man, I can't wait until next year. It'll be nice to put this season to bed.

BTW, Happy Holidays, everyone. Oh, and Happy Festivus for you Seinfeld fans.
