Shaun Phillips (6'3 255) of Purdue (http://purduesports.ocsn.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/phillips_shaun00.html)
Could turn into another Suggs or Freeney which would make a trade down an option but at the very worst, a very good 2nd round pick and his stock may not be as high as the 5th pick in the 2nd round right now, but I can promise you that it will be. Anyone else catch the game?

I saw it BC... I was impressed by the entire Purdue team... thought they were going to make it a full comeback.
This guy would be a nice 2nd rnd pickup for us.

Yeah...Purdue did well coming down from that defecit.
I also was amazed by their WR. (I forget his name) I believe he broke the conference record this year for total receptions? Anyway, he seems to run routes amazingly...and has good hands.

I've seen Phillips play a bunch this year on ABC or ESPN. He is most likely a guy who will play an outside linebacker position in a 3-4 alignment. Good wheels, good motor, but undersized. With a good combine, I wouldn't be surprised to see him rocket up the charts a la Freeney in 2002 or Kearse in 99.
Steve Jackson was pretty good....and Scott McBrien.......get McBrien hehehehe
