here is a early Top 10 Mock Draft by CBS Sportsline......and theres more news on us on the bottom like "Lavar, the most overpayed player" and a winning loss with Spurrier.

Prisco said it best when he said :

We said it then and we'll say it again: Having an owner like Snyder with passion is good, but he can't be the guy making personnel decisions.

I like that draft and I think it's becoming clear that if Roethlisberger falls to the Cards, we'll have our shot at Tommie Harris.

I wish there was some way we could get Tommie Harris and Wilfork or Harris and Will Smith or Wilfork and Smith. Really and combo of the three will suit me just fine!

Only way we can do that is if we get an extra first round pick for Champ Bailey and in that case the only way we should even consider taking Smith is if Steven Jackson and Kevin Jones are off the board. There will be some good defensive ends at the top of round 2.

Didn't know we had the 5th pick till now, whoohoo! There's a lot of good we can do w/ that pick. If we can pick up some FA's before the draft who knows what are needs will be but we should seriously only use that pick for a DT/DE otherwise trade down. If we fill our D line needs Chris Perry is my late round choice. Hey draft guru's who are the top 5 speed DE's (in the mold of Dwight Freeney or along the lines of Terrell Suggs)in this years draft?

For what it's worth...I was impressed watching Kenechi Udeze yesterday in the Rose Bowl. I don't think he is worth the #5...but if we receive more 1st rounders for Champ, I think he is worth a shot....

I would love if we could get Harris and Kevin Jones in the first round. Trade champ, Get two first rounders and take dt and rb.

Wilfork "will travel" is a beast and he has declared. What's the rep on him?

That he could eat his way out of the NFL.

Is Udeze a definite first-rounder?

Man that would awesome if we did get that extra mid- to upper 1st round pick.

I would have to say I would love a T. Harris & S. Taylor combo the best. Even though D-line deserves 1st props Safety has been a concern and Taylor could be too good to pass up.
