Good! I don't want him as a head coach any ways. He's a better DC than HC.
I just hope what he wrote is the truth.

I am also very happy, if fassel and green turn us down go to the cords. like lovie smith or jim johnson. But I think one of them green or fassel will be a skin.

The article also mentioned that Fassell will be visiting us again.

Glad to hear Rhodes isn't interested, I just wouldn't have much faith in him.

He is not cut out to be a head coach.

Take this with a grain of salt folks. FoxSports also reported that the Skins weren't impressed with Fassel, yet now they are saying that he will be back next week for more talks.

I agree. I'd like to hear this from another, more respected source. Although if this tory was true I would not be upset at all.
With Fassel or Green, the Skins could bring in Greg Williams as DC. With Rhoads, who does he bring in as OC. Don't tell me Hue Jackson!

I do not think it is true.Come on the the guy is making $500000.00 a year. As a head coach at least 2 million a year.It is all about the money!!

I don't want Rhodes. Green or Fassell and any of the top assistants before him.

good I want Green anyway but it doesn't matter what we want if Snyder wants Rhodes which I keep reading he will find away to get him.
Send this to Snyder so he can cut Rhodes off the list immediately!

I want Fassel first Rhodes second. I can't believe that nobody has any faith in Rhodes, he is a solid coach, I would love to have him paired with a top offensive c. What will Green bring us, he is the one who I don't have much faith in.

Here's a quote from the Post today:
A Seahawks source said that Rhodes was uncertain if he wanted to interview with the Redskins, but added that members of the organization probably would urge him to seek the job.
What's up with that? If your DC is seemingly happy where he is, why would you in essence push him towards interviewing for a job elsewhere? I don't know if this is a case of looking out for his best interest, or if they are dissatisfied with his performance in Seattle.

I feel the same as alot of people here...I don't want Rhodes as our head coach.

Again, I could live with any of these three. In my order it would be Fassel, Green, then Rhoads. NOW, who do i think it will be? Ray Rhoads.

I was wondering the same thing. Sounds fishy to me.

This is how Green was recieved in Minn. Rhoades is a far better choice.

Wrong... nothing helps erase past mistakes like a few zeros.

People do turn Snyder down, you know. A number of them did in 2001; Schottenheimer was not his first choice. After seeing the mess of Spurrier the past two years, I suspect other coaches who can get jobs elsewhere will be willing to turn down an extra mil a year just so they can be in a job that doesn't make them want to go home and swallow a bullet every night.
