Senior assistant Bruce Allen is expected to meet with Cerrato and Snyder about the general manager vacancy by Wednesday, NFL sources said. Raiders player personnel director Mike Lombardi reportedly will interview for a similar position with Tampa Bay as early as Tuesday or Wednesday.
