Who's not impressed??

This guy is a truck and his speed will only increase as he recovers from his knee injury. I think today has shown that he won't likely see round 2.

Yeah, I had a hope that he would be there for us at #41. After tonight, I think he made it into the top 20. Did Y'all see Grove's spankin' his opp. ?

I've always been a big supporter of Kevin Jones, but even I can't argue with that performance by Greg. Greg would definitely be a better "value" pick in the second than Kevin would be in the first. I just hope GJ runs like a 4.7 40 at the combines to insure he falls to us.

The word from GBN:

RB Greg Jones, Florida State... Should ultimately be the best NFL player to come out of this year's Super Bowl once he fully recovers from last year's knee injury. Jones is a physical stud with a powerful lower body. Jones, though, is more than just a pure power back; he has surprising agility for a man that size showing excellent change of direction and elusiveness for a power back. Jones also has something of a second gear when he gets moving, but lacks that explosive first step; he also needs to be a little more patient at times. And while a functional receiver, Jones needs to work on his receiving skills. Could end up being as good as he wants to be at the next level.

That's why I said he should be the one we take.....

He was pretty impressive today. ALL of his runs were great, all 5 of them.

I'm suprised he didn't get more carries...his average gain was 8.8.

He proved that he could do it all. His last touchdown run proved that he actually is more agile than we all thought. That knee looks to be fine. What a pickup he could be...

if greg jones runs like a 4.7 he could be just like the last guy who came out of fsu (a. bolden)
