best basketball games?

i was wondering what the best basketball games are.
i playe dlive 2004 briefly sand thought it was crap, but didnt get to play the franchise mode. which is better espn or live?

also which college bball game is better. the ea one or the sega one? is the recruiting on the ea one close to the ncaa football 2004?

I have NBA Live 04, I think its pretty decent as far as gameplay once I switched the camera view to pressbox. I thought the Franshise mode kinda sucked..never played espn so no help there.

As far as college bball...I havent played any of them..but heard the EA's gameplay is pretty much like Live 2004, except a bit slower paced. Also it has momentum just as in real life and heard the crowd gets into the game better. Didnt hear anything about the recruting..I can ask someone that has the game if ya want.
