Everyone saw how he liked "explosive corneres" right. I wish ream reps would stop talking about how Bailey is going to be back next year and do something about it.

Also, he never mentioned the LB position. Think Trotter/Armstead will both be back next year???

He did mention middle linebacker position. I don't think he wanted to cover all positions.

That was a great introduction and he said they've already had those late night meetings already. The first thing to do is get the coaches on the same page and that's the stage their in now. That will then transcend to the players. I also liked how he said we will adjust to the strengths of the players as opposed to making them fit in the blueprint of a system (knock on Spurrier?).

I think he would like Taylor on his team. Taylor and Bowen would be a monster combo.

Notice he said that he builds Defenses from the outside in....starting with DE's and CB's. I thought that was a vey interesting thing to say especially given recent debates about our CB's.....

I agree with the safety comment, I heard before this interview that he loved having talented SS (I remember he had Blaine Bishop). I loved the line where he said, "we could bring 4,5,6,7,8 guys at any time."

Williams will probably receive strong consideration for HC when Joe decides to step down again, if Williams does not have another HC gig by that time.
