The Pats released Antowain Smith today......anyone think he can solve our problems in the backfield. He did a hell of a job with NE and I think would fit nice in our system.
No way. He is not a power runner. That is the only type of back that Gibbs will pursue this offseason. That and a back that can catch.

Antwan Smith is nothing but a power runner and he's not gonna get any faster at 30.
