Bush makes outragous claim that 2.7 million jobs will be created this year. Like WMD he will not admit that his policies have failed to deliver his promised return of 5.5 million jobs at the end of 2004.
I'm sure if we end up with 500,000 job at the end of the year, it will be grabbed by republicans as a victory. Heck, 5 million short of his original prediction is probably Clinton's fault.

A cut in funding will lead to a decrease in officers as localities stop recieving federal funding and forced to make cut backs.
Always remember that the rich can afford security, the poor and middle class cannot by themselves, that's why the majority of americans(the non rich) support keeping this program.

Hmm, where were you when Slick Willie tossed pardons around like candy on Halloween? I guess your mouth and hands were full of that hypocrisy pie you can't seem to get enough of.

Wrong, I'm pointing out the hypocracy of conservatives. I really don't give a damn about pardons, unless it is to murderers.

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=514&e=6&u=/ap/20040218/ap_on_go_pr_wh/bush_jobs He won't be able to do that. That prediction is in paper and has been widely reported. When his prediction proves laughably absurd, it will be used against him in the general election by the Democratic nominee.
Remember when Bush said the deficit for 2004 would be $14 billion? He now says it will be $521 billion. Of course, that does not even include the cost of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. So the true size of the deficit in 2004 will be well over $600 billion.
So Bush only missed by $600 billion. What a track record. Why would anyone doubt his word, eh?
